This will let you mod Fallout: New Vegas if you have a jailbroken Playstation 3. If you've already jailbroken your PS3, here is how you can mod to give yourself all sorts of extra when you play Fallout: New Vegas. First off you will need to start a new game before using this save so that you can get the 'Ain't That a Kick in the Head' trophy. I had to proceed a bit in order to find the offsets for the modded stuff.

Installation:
Unzip the archive on your USB drive and copy the file respecting the structure PS3/SAVEDATA/XXXXXXXXXX.
Insert the USB device into your PS3.
Go to the Savegame manager from the XMB and you’ll have your save.
